Initial Registration

Full Grace

• One Day (1) -  Full Refund
• Delete Action - Instantly Deleted

Partial Grace

• Day Two (2) to day fourteen (14)
• Partial Refund (80% of one year's registration)
• Delete Action - Instantly Deleted

End of Grace

• Day 15 + ( if deleted on or after day 15 )
• No refund
• Delete Action - Status changed to Pending Delete for 28 days
• Restore fee 20% of annual registration fee.

Renewal

• Same as Registration rules above.

On Expiry

• One Day Grace
• Day two - Domain is Suspended and diverted to a parking page ( restore possible with no fee )
• Day four - Domain goes to Pending Delete ( restore possible ), restore fee of 20% of annual registration
• Day 28 - Domain state changed to Pending Purge ( no restore possible )
• Day 35 - Domain is Purged from registry
